cancellation & refund policy
We understand that life can sometimes lead to unexpected changes in plans. However, as a small business, our time is valuable and appointments are reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. In the event of a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice or if you fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), the $50 deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps us compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment that could have been offered to another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation and refund policy. If you have any questions or need to reschedule your appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us.
